When you purchase one of our Park Model RVs, you’re not just buying a home — you’re investing in craftsmanship backed by our 2-Year Limited Warranty. We stand behind every detail, from the structure to the finishes, so you can enjoy your home worry-free.

  • Your Park Model RV is protected by our 2-Year Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for all factory-installed components, including structural elements, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, doors, windows, roofing, and finishes. If something isn’t working as intended during this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

  • To keep your warranty valid, the RV must be properly cared for and serviced according to our maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.

    • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

    • Damage resulting from relocation by anyone other than our Certified Movers. (Improper relocation can cause structural damage, misalignment, or breakage of attached components like solar panels, doors, or trim.)

  • We may, at our discretion, choose to:

    • Repair the affected part or system,

    • Replace it with a comparable new or refurbished part, or

    • Provide a credit toward replacement.

    All work will be carried out by our certified service team or approved partners to ensure quality and compliance with factory standards.

    • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

    • Coverage begins on the date of delivery.

    • All warranty claims must be submitted in writing through our service portal or customer care team.

  • Relocating your Park Model RV must be done exclusively through our Certified Movers. They are trained to properly secure and transport your unit to prevent damage. If the RV is moved by a non-certified party, the warranty becomes void for any damage resulting from that relocation.

  • This warranty is limited to a maximum of 2 years from the date of delivery. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, inconvenience, or personal property damage. Certain appliances or components may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which run separately and may offer longer coverage.
