Who we are
Tectume ADV is a joint venture between Acero Y Madera, a Mexican construction company, and Tudo Capital, a US venture capital firm.
Our company designs and builds RVs, ADUs, and commercial buildings that meet the relevant USA building codes, including:
IBC (residential / commercial buildings)
LAMC Section 12.03 and other similar city specific code requirements (Movable Tiny Home)
NFPA 1192 (RV)
ANSI 119.5 (Park Model RV)
Mexico
Tectume ADV has completed numerous projects throughout the USA and Mexico, including:
Stacks on Polk, a 19 unit modular building in Phoenix, AZ built and certified to IBC standars (modules fabricate in our Mexico factory)
Laguna Seca, a 72 unit modular student housing building in Hermosillo, Mexico
Numerous other smaller commercial projects throughout Mexico
50+ Cabins throughout Mexico
