Built to IBC standards (with some common sense exceptions), this ADV offers durability on par with a traditional home. Its rugged exterior, crafted from a repurposed shipping container, is engineered to withstand decades of extreme conditions. The Core ADV isn’t just a living space—it’s a resilient, ready-to-go home you can trust to last.

  • We keep some stock inventory - if you purchase stock then delivery can be within 5 business days. Non-stock items are built and delivered in 8 weeks. Custom items vary but generally 2-4 weeks for design, and then 10 weeks for build and delivery afterwards.

  • We offer free pickup in Phoenix and San Diego, or free delivery to any accessible location within 200 miles of the Nogales Mariposa Border Crossing.

    Delivery is available to the Southwest USA. Pricing is $0 for the first 200 miles from the Nogales Mariposa Border Crossing and then $2.50 per mile thereafter. For example, delivery to Las Vegas (477 miles from Nogales) would cost $692.50 ((477-200)*$2.50) .

    Delivery does NOT INCLUDE installation, site preparation, or any off-road towing. If you believe your site may require any of those items, please contact us directly so we can perform a site assessment and potentially quote additional required services.
